NIST TRACEABLE RECALIBRATION SERVICES
ISO and most
quality systems require that your calibrated instruments be re-calibrated
periodically. Many laboratories are specifying a one year interval for
recalibration. This interval may or may not be appropriate for your
situation. See

If you have purchased your calibrated instrument from us, we will notify you when
your instrument is due for recalibration, as per the calibration interval you specified to
us. |

NO SHIPPING HASSLES One of the worries of having your thermometer or hydrometer re-calibrated is
the packing and shipping (and avoiding breakage!). ICL makes this painless.
If you need a shipping case for safe transport of your
instruments, call us, fax us, or e-mail us the quantity, type and length of the
instruments to be calibrated, and we will ship you via UPS at no charge
an appropriately sized loaner shipping case. Just place the instruments inside, close the
lid, snap the locks shut and ship it to us by your choice of carrier.

These are specially designed shipping cases, and accordingly we
guarantee safe transit, or we will replace the instruments at our expense. |
TURNAROUND TIME
This time will vary depending on current workload and how many instruments you need
calibrated, but typical turnarounds are 3 to 5 working days. If you have an
emergency by all means let us know and we will make every effort to accommodate
your needs.
(We have more than once worked evenings and weekends to help clients out of a sticky
spot!) We believe that a little extra effort on our part goes a long way towards
earning your loyalty.
